Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

IMPORTANT

All returns are to be shipped to DynaLock via UPS or FedEx and must have a valid RMA number on the exterior of the box. Please complete and submit the form below to request an RMA number. We will email your number to the email address you enter below, typically within 48 hours. Rather fax it to us? Click here for a printable form.

Any item(s) arriving without a proper RMA number on exterior of box may be subject to a delayed turnaround or refused at the time of arrival. Standard processing time is 3 to 5 days. Returns sent to DynaLock with priority shipping will be processed in 1 to 2 days.

Required for credit requests:
A FedEx/UPS account number and original PO/order number are required prior to any RMA being issued for credit. Final RMA disposition will be determined upon receipt and inspection of goods by DynaLock Corp (Click here to view the DynaLife Lifetime Warranty terms). If any item(s) is found to be not defective it will be returned "as is", with shipping charged to the provided account number.
