Any item(s) arriving without a proper RMA number on exterior of box may be subject to a delayed turnaround or refused at the time of arrival. Standard processing time is 3 to 5 days. Returns sent to DynaLock with priority shipping will be processed in 1 to 2 days.
RMA number will expire in 30 days.
